I live close to you. Can I do a local pick-up?
We will not be offering local pickups. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
What is your return/exchange policy?
All sales are final. Items cannot be returned or exchanged. If there is an issue with your order email us at support@thejourneyclothing.com or send us a DM on Instagram.
Do you offer international shipping?
We are currently shipping to Canada and the UK. If shipping to the UK you can expect an estimated custom fee of £15
How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery times vary based on your shipping destination. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.
